weight on your heels!

This may hurt a little, however, one of the best ways to improve is to watch yourself on video! Last week as you were working up to your 1 RM in the clean & jerk, Andres filmed those of you at the 5 p.m. class. And Jen uploaded it to youtube. Please watch the video and critique yourself, as well as everyone else in the video. If you are not shown, watch it anyway, we can all learn from example, be it good or bad.


Watch it, let me know what you think. And then we will talk about it. Have fun! (The title of this post is one of the biggest hints in terms of what we all do wrong. If you can slow down the video or go frame by frame you will notice when bodyweight shifts to the toes throwing off the rest of the lift. FYI this is not the ONLY thing going on, but it is a start)
