What I would really like to see on T.V. is the truth. But unfortunately, most of society does not want to hear that you actually have to work on your health and fitness. It is not just a pill you can pop or a bar you can eat to help boost your metabolism. The truth is you have to put hard work into your health and fitness, but that doesn't mean it can't be fun.
This is where Crossfit comes in. Crossfit is a fantastic way of being fit, learning how to be healthy and having fun doing it all at the same time. Taking functional movement and putting it into a timed workout is genius. And the best part about it is the scalability of all workouts. So no matter what fitness level you are, Crossfit can be adapted for you. If I could make New Year's Resolutions for most people, it would be to try Crossfit because once you try it, you will like it and more than likely become addicted.....like me!
